Richard C. Kratlian, Owner, has over 25 years of management experience, including Vice President of Operations/MIS, Operations Manager, and Manager of Information Technology in the credit, management consulting, and pharmaceutical industries, respectively.
Over the past 20 years, his career has been principally focused in the Information Systems, Operations, and Telecommunications areas. As a result, he has become intimately familiar with the use of technology in solving business problems and supporting strategic requirements. Richard received his High Technology MBA, Magna cum Laude, from Northeastern University in 1995. In addition, Richard was an Adjunct Professor at Stonehill College, Easton, Mass. since 1998 teaching Introduction to Computers and Management Information Systems and has also taught at Wheaton College, Norton, Mass.
Margaret R. Kratlian is a former Elementary school reading teacher, who also taught gifted children. Marge specializes in the Adult Day Health, Adult Foster Care, and Group Adult Foster Care industry.
